Reclaiming Intimacy A Safe Space to Redefine Your Sexual Journey
As your friend, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I aim to help you develop healthy coping mechanisms, build stronger relationships, and enhance your overall well-being. My advice is to be patient with yourself, embrace your journey of self-discovery, and stay committed to personal growth. Remember, it's okay to seek help and take things one step at a time. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals and finding a path to a more fulfilling life.

I’ve also completed specialized training in sexual wellness coaching, boundaries & consent education, and disability-inclusive intimacy.
My ExperienceOver the past 6 years, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life survivors, people with chronic illness, folks rediscovering themselves after divorce or major life shifts, and curious souls with unconventional desires. I’ve supported hundreds of clients through confidential one-on-one calls, where together we dismantle shame and design pleasure that fits your real life. Whether it’s your first time exploring this kind of connection or you’ve been navigating intimacy for years, I bring warmth, compassion, and evidence-based tools to every conversation.
