SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com requires all Members, and users who access or use any area of the SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com Site to be eighteen (18) years old or older.
SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com does not itself provide any content, information, entertainment services or other products or services, nor verify, guarantee or make any representations regarding the identity or qualifications of any Member. Talkers are independent and are solely responsible for the content they post on their profiles and for complying with all laws and regulations concerning that content. SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com reviews and moderates content posted on the Site in accordance with its Content Moderation Policy, and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate its policies.
By using the SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com service, Members are bound by the Member Agreement to follow all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, and ordinances relating to obscene and indecent content, communications, and record keeping obligations.
Members are solely responsible for the content provided and the content on listings created under their SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com profile accounts and are solely responsible for ensuring that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to providing certain record location information under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and corresponding regulations where applicable.
Where applicable, Members shall adhere to the requirements of record keeping laws such as 18 U.S.C. 2257 and the code of regulations applicable thereto including, but not limited to stating where records required under those laws and regulations are located or maintained with respect to their SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com Member accounts or providing information so that such record locations may be readily ascertained.
This Statement applies to all photographic and video materials offered for sale or display on the Site. Members may only upload materials that they own or to which they hold all rights necessary to display and sell them. Materials are not required to depict the Member. Each Member provides, once at the profile level, an 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement or signed consent confirming the Member’s age and identity and that the materials uploaded under the profile are owned by the Member and may be displayed and sold. Where a material depicts any person other than the Member, the Member must also provide, for each person depicted, complete records under 18 U.S.C. 2257, including documentation of the Member’s ownership of or rights to the material, a signed model release, and government-issued photo identification confirming that the person was an adult at the time of production and consented to the display and sale of the material. Each image and video uploaded is verified against the records on file for that profile; materials for which the required records are not on file, or that do not match those records, are rejected. Records are maintained and provided to the Company upon request, consistent with Our Age Verification & KYC Policy.
