My Goals/Advice
I would love to help you work through your traumas and heartaches in a safe space, while strengthening communication skills and helping you to resolve conflicts with loved ones.
My Education
I've completed an in-depth training program in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which has been instrumental with my work for couples. This approach has helped me support partners rebuild trust, along with improving their emotional and physical connection.
My Experience
I have worked with couples and families, related to communication and conflict resolution, to help clients identify patterns that are are causing distress and fostering them with healthier communication. While keeping trust as a key component to enable healthy and harmonious interactions.
