I’m here to listen without judgment, offer guidance from real-life experience, and provide emotional support when you need it most. My Education
My education has come from life itself—through years of hands-on experience, trial and error, and the deep lessons caregiving teaches. In addition, I’m a certified life coach, trained in helping people find clarity, confidence, and calm in the middle of chaos. I have a natural ability to listen with empathy and help others uncover exactly what they need and want in any situation. I don’t just give advice—I offer real, thoughtful guidance grounded in both compassion and experience.
My Experience
I’ve spent the last 10 years deeply involved in caregiving, starting with my elderly in-laws and now caring for my grandparents. I’ve walked with them through everything—from everyday needs to life-altering diagnoses like cancer, and ultimately, hospice care. I was there from start to finish—setting up the home, arranging medical equipment, handling appointments, managing medications, and even ordering services like Life Alert. I’ve seen the emotional, physical, and logistical toll caregiving takes, and I’ve lived every part of it. This isn’t just something I know—it’s something I’ve lived, and that’s what I bring to every conversation we have.
