I've spent the last decade working in public policy to secure rights for transgender people in the United States. You are probably hearing a LOT more about transgender people now than you did back in 2014, when I started. I'm here to give you a kind, thoughtful, good-humored person who can answer all the questions you might have that are hard (or even kinda rude) to ask. No judgement, just solid conversation.

My Goals/Advice
I want you to live your best life, and to have the best possible relationships with the people who are in it. Whether you are considering transition yourself or hoping to improve your relationship with a trans person in your life, I want to help you wrap your mind around the things that are hard to process, and find a way to feel authentically good about the life you're living.
My Education
I hold a Juris Doctor, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Studio Art.
My Experience
My career has held various different titles and phases in many different fields--from federal to state policymaking to criminal defense to political campaigns. While technically most of this falls in the realm of law, my rich and varied personal history in queer, sex-positive community organizing allows me to blend this with deep curiosity about the ways our sex drive and our shame follow us into the lives we lead with our clothes on.
